We interviewed Mr. Puccio about his journey to Timon and why he has stayed for his first whole year of teaching. When asked about his job at Timon Mr. Puccio talks about how unique Timon is with such a strong Brotherhood the school has. He said, “I made fast friends with the students and quickly with the staff and I feel like it’s one big happy family here at Timon.” Going into the school being a mid-year teacher made it difficult, especially with it being his first time ever teaching full-time. He also spoke about how his approach this year is to be able to build better relationships and bonds with the students he will be teaching.
As a student of his, I think he is an excellent teacher who makes learning exciting and enjoyable. His teaching style is unique, and he shows that he cares about his students' progress. He keeps us engaged and entertained while still ensuring that we understand the lesson. Those of us who have had him before, believe that he adapted well to his environment, built a good rapport with the students, and created a comfortable learning atmosphere in the classroom.
