September
Open House will be September 25 & 26 from 6pm-8pm. Come meet our teachers and receive tours from our students on what makes a perfect fit for your family. If you cannot attend Open House and would like a Make Up Tour email Graham@BishopTimon.com
October
Register to be a Shadow for the Day Sign up to Shadow at Bishop Timon starting in October and you may visit anytime throughout the year. Students may arrive at 7:55am on Shadow day and can wear a polo or dress shirt. Free breakfast and lunch is provided each day.
November
Entrance Exam Prep Course: Wednesday, November 6, November 13, and November 20 from 3:00 to 5:00. Sign up here
Entrance Exam: Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 8:00 am until 11:30am.
December
FACTS Grant and Aid: Timon is the most affordable Private School for your son. To receive as much tuition assistance and scholarships as possible please complete all Scholarship Applications and the FACTS Financial Aid Application by December 30, 2024 - please file for FACTS Grant and Aid
January
Acceptance Letters: will be mailed January 23, 2025, for the Class of 2029!
February
Registration Nights will be mailed in your Acceptance Letter. Your family and newest Timon Tiger will come to school to create your schedule with Guidance and Principal for Freshman year along with return all Financial forms.
March
FACTS Payment Plan Enrollment: March 10, 2025 – Parents are to go back into their FACTS account and choose their Payment Plan option.

Students who indicate Bishop Timon - St. Jude High School as their first choice will receive preferential treatment when Financial Aid and/or Scholarship funds are awarded.
Bishop Timon - St. Jude High School uses a rolling admissions policy. Interested eighth graders may apply at any time during the school year.
Acceptances are based on the results of the Admissions Exam, each applicant's marks for grade six, seven and eight, and letters of recommendation.
